On Display in Store

Some furniture pieces are displayed in our Phoenix showroom but are not available for immediate purchase. These items will be marked as “On display in store – available to order.” Delivery or pickup will follow the timelines and costs outlined below.
If a different variant (such as a size, color, or fabric) is on display, it will be labeled as “Variant on display in store.”

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Once processed, our team will contact you via phone to schedule delivery. If you don’t answer, we’ll leave a voicemail and send a text message.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 1–14 business days

  • Large Furniture Deliveries: 7–15 business days (scheduled delivery via freight or our delivery team)

  • Pickup Orders: Available within 1–3 business days after processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, distance, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

  • Local Delivery (Arizona): Starting at $50, with final pricing based on distance from warehouse and size of order

  • Delivery + Assembly Service: Available for an additional charge, quoted at the time of purchase

  • Pickup (Phoenix location): Free of charge

Delivery Requirements & Missed Deliveries

  • Our team or carrier will call you to schedule delivery in advance.

  • An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for delivery.

  • If no adult is available, delivery cannot be completed and a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways.

  • Please inspect items upon delivery and report any issues to our customer service team within 72 hours.

Where We Deliver

  • We currently deliver to addresses within Arizona only.

  • We do not deliver to:

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO addresses
