1. All Sales Final

All purchases made at The Home Furniture Outlet are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy applies to all products, including customized items.

 

 

2. Cancellations Before Delivery

Orders that have not yet been delivered may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • The Home Furniture Outlet will retain 25% of the purchase total, with a minimum fee of $200, as a cancellation/restocking fee.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

 

3. Customized Products

Customized items—including special-order fabrics, finishes, or configurations—are non-cancelable and non-refundable under all circumstances. These items are tailored specifically to each customer’s request and cannot be resold.

 

4. Exceptions for Manufacturer Defects

Exceptions may be considered only in the event of a verified manufacturer defect (see Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions: Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims). All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the manufacturer.

 

5. Agreement

By placing an order with The Home Furniture Outlet, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
