2. Eligibility & Online Store Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during checkout or account creation is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or misuse its content is strictly prohibited.

 


 

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer, phone, or device screen will display colors, textures, or finishes with complete accuracy, and natural variations in materials such as fabric dye lots or wood grain should be expected. Measurements and dimensions listed for each item are approximate, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit in the intended space. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, even after an order has been submitted. If such corrections result in the cancellation of an order, customers will be notified and issued a refund in full.

 


 

4. Orders, Processing & Fulfillment

Once an order has been placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday. Customers will not receive email confirmations of delivery scheduling; instead, our customer service team will reach out directly by phone. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a voicemail and follow up with a text message to confirm scheduling. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on item availability, shipping routes, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order you place with us, or cancel an order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payments received will be refunded in full.

 


 

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery services within the state of Arizona only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery appointments must be scheduled in advance, and an adult aged 18 or older must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the items. If no adult is available to accept delivery, the order cannot be completed, and a redelivery fee may be charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items will fit through hallways, doorways, elevators, and staircases prior to scheduling delivery. Our delivery team will not be held responsible if an item cannot be delivered due to access limitations within the property. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any concerns, defects, or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 72 hours, accompanied by photos or videos, for review.

 


 

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

At The Home Furniture Outlet, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled or delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or incorrect measurements. However, orders that have not yet been delivered may be eligible for cancellation and a partial refund. In such cases, The Home Furniture Outlet will retain 25% of the total purchase price as a cancellation/restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $200. The balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Customized products, including special-order fabrics, finishes, or configurations, are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable as they are tailored to the customer’s specifications and cannot be resold. Exceptions to these rules may only be made in the event of a verified manufacturer defect, as outlined in Section 7.

 


 

7. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims

If an item arrives with a manufacturer defect or quality issue, the customer must contact our Customer Service Team within 72 hours of delivery. Customers may call, send a text message, or visit our store in person to report the issue. Once the concern is reported, our team will create a written notice of the defect. Customers must also provide clear photos or videos to document the issue before a case can be opened with the manufacturer. The Home Furniture Outlet will then investigate the claim and work directly with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution. Possible remedies include repair, replacement of defective parts, or a full replacement of the product, depending on the manufacturer’s decision. Please note that all resolutions are subject to manufacturer approval and cannot be guaranteed by The Home Furniture Outlet alone. Claims related to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or natural variations in materials will not be considered manufacturer defects and are not eligible for warranty claims.

 


 

8. Payments

We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other secure methods displayed at checkout or listed on your invoice. All payments must be made in full before delivery or pickup can be scheduled. The Home Furniture Outlet reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or incomplete. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes, delivery fees, assembly charges, and other costs disclosed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers, and while we take every precaution to ensure security, The Home Furniture Outlet is not liable for any breaches caused by third-party processors.

 


 

9. Financing & Lease-to-Own Options

For added flexibility, we partner with several third-party financing and lease-to-own providers, including Koalifi, SNAP Finance, American First Finance, Progressive Leasing, and Synchrony. By applying for financing or lease-to-own arrangements through these providers, you agree to their individual terms and conditions, which are separate from those of The Home Furniture Outlet. Financing decisions, approvals, denials, payment schedules, and interest rates are solely determined by the provider. The Home Furniture Outlet is not responsible for the outcome of financing applications, and if financing is denied, customers must provide payment through another accepted method in order to complete their purchase.

 


 

10. Communications (Calls & SMS)

By providing your phone number during checkout or through other means, you consent to being contacted by phone call or text message regarding your orders, deliveries, or customer service issues. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out of non-essential promotional texts at any time by replying “STOP.” Please note, however, that transactional communications regarding active orders and deliveries are necessary and cannot be opted out of, as they are required to complete the purchase agreement.

 


 

11. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you submit suggestions, feedback, proposals, or creative ideas to The Home Furniture Outlet, you agree that we may use them for business purposes without any obligation to compensate you. You further acknowledge that such submissions are not confidential and may be adapted, edited, or published at our discretion. Customers are prohibited from submitting unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
