1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to The Home Furniture Outlet. By purchasing from our store, whether online or in person, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, protect our customers, and maintain the integrity of our business. The Home Furniture Outlet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. All Sales Final
All purchases made at The Home Furniture Outlet are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy applies to all products, including customized items. Exceptions may be considered only in the event of a verified manufacturer defect (see Section 4).
3. Customized Products
Customized products—including but not limited to special-order fabrics, finishes, and configurations—are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please note: Variations in fabric, wood grain, finish, or dye lots are natural and not considered defects.
4. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims
If a product arrives with a manufacturer defect or quality issue, The Home Furniture Outlet will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers must notify our Customer Service Team within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers may contact us by phone, text message, or by visiting the store in person to report the issue.
- Our customer service team will then create a written notice of the defect or concern based on the information provided.
- Customers must also submit clear photos and/or videos documenting the issue.
- Once documentation is received, we will investigate the claim and work directly with the manufacturer.
Resolutions may include:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement of the defective part or product
- Alternative solutions, at the manufacturer’s discretion
Please note: All claims require manufacturer approval before any resolution can be provided.
The following are not covered under manufacturer defect claims:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or accidents after delivey.
- Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish
- Buyer’s remorse, including size, style, or preference changes
5. Delivery & Assembly
The Home Furniture Outlet offers delivery and assembly services at an additional charge, based on distance and item type. Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture can fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways prior to delivery.
Upon delivery, customers must:
- Inspect all items immediately.

We are not responsible for damages reported after this time period.
6. Payment & Financing
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as financing through our approved third-party providers:
- Koalifi
- SNAP Finance
- American First Finance
- Progressive Leasing
- Synchrony
- Acima
- easypay
Financing applications are processed directly with these providers. The Home Furniture Outlet is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, interest rates, or contract terms established by third parties.
Full payment must be received, or financing approved, before delivery is scheduled.
7. Product Descriptions & Availability
We make every effort to display product details as accurately as possible. However:
- Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
- Colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Home Furniture Outlet’s liability is limited solely to the cost of the purchased item. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Inconvenience
- Loss of time
- Additional costs incurred due to product issues
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Arizona courts.
